Recognition towards Good death among of the aged women in an area

Abstract
This study is intended to analyze the recognition towards good death among of the aged women in an area. The subjects of this study were 300 persons in the elderly living in the areas of Daegu Metropolitan City, Gyeongbuk Province and Gyeongnam Province. The data obtained through the 271 questionnaires were processed using descriptive statistical methods such as a reliability analysis, frequency, a percentile, the mean, and standard deviation. They were also processed by conducting a t-test, one-way ANOVA. First, referring to differences in the recognition towards good death according to the general characteristics of the aged women. good death was 3.89 points out of 5 points. The age, educational level, health status, and residence type showed statistically significant differences between groups, where as in religion and family living together. Second, the perception of good death was high at 3.89 points for WelDing as a whole. In the subvalue of WelDing, death acceptance was 4.02 and death control was 3.75 points. The perception of death acceptance was higher than that of death control Respectively.
